Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team in West and North India. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6 years of solid B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. You will be responsible for developing the business in your region and contributing directly to the company's growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B clients and channel partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot growth opportunities
• Prepare and present business proposals and customized solutions
• Drive the complete sales cycle – lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, and closure
• Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned territory
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure high satisfaction
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) for smooth execution
• Provide timely reports and feedback to management
• Participate in trade shows and promotional events as required

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2 to 6 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (local languages an added advantage)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the region
