Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Indore. The position involves coordinating and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sales processes. The role also includes organizing and delivering training sessions, contributing to sales management initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs.
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales, including building client relationships and closing deals.
• Experience in Training and Sales Management to organize sessions and oversee the sales process efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
• Background in marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
