Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and result-driven Sales Specialists to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong sales acumen and a desire to grow their career


Key Responsibilities


Industrial Sales Specialist (Indore & Pithampur Industrial Area)

  • Generate and develop leads in industrial zones and nearby areas
  • Engage with purchase teams and conduct technical discussions
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and other strategic approaches
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships across the region


Project Sales Specialist (Indore)

  • Identify and approach new construction projects, architects, interior designers, builders and electrical contractors
  • Present product samples and demonstrate features to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and follow-up records
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships across the region


B2B Sales Specialist (Indore & Malwa-Nimar Region)

  • Expand business in the B2B market, including retail shops, wholesalers, and industrial suppliers
  • Demonstrate and present products to target customers
  • Ensure detailed sales reporting and regular follow-ups
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships across the region


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for commuting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
