Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Rajkot with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, training sales personnel, and overseeing sales management. The specialist will also work on customer acquisition and retention, ensuring that marketing campaigns are aligned with company goals.

• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training sales personnel
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
