Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Dare Seats located in Chennai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, and generating sales leads. They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training sales associates, and managing sales operations. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

• Experience in Sales and identifying sales opportunities
• Ability to train and mentor Sales associates
• Proficiency in Sales Management and managing sales operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the automotive or seating industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
