We are looking for a Marketing Lead Generation Head to join our team in Noida. As the Marketing Lead Generation Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and achieve business growth objectives. You will lead the lead generation team, collaborate with other marketing and sales departments, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance our lead generation processes. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies, mentoring and managing the lead generation team, overseeing lead generation campaigns, analyzing data to track performance, collaborating with the sales team, conducting market research, and managing the lead generation budget. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 2-5 years of marketing experience in a technology company. You should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, along with demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
