This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ghaziabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management on a daily basis. Qualifications include strong communication and customer service skills, sales and sales management experience, ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns, conduct market research, collaborate with the sales team, drive customer engagement through digital marketing, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, track and analyze key performance metrics, training abilities, effective interpersonal skills, knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business. Requirements for the role include proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Software and IT industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and lead generation strategies, ability to develop and execute marketing plans and sales strategies, and being highly proactive, goal-driven, and able to work independently or in teams.
