About the Job: -

Sales Executive

Bhilai, Chhattisgarh- Head Office.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar and EV charging markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare proposals, and deliver tailored sales presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events to boost brand presence.

Qualifications & Skills: -

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in

  Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in solar panel / EV charger sales

  (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, installation basics, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about clean energy solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
