Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, promoting fire safety products/services, and driving overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire fighting and fire safety sector.
• Visit clients, conduct product presentations, and promote company solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, builders, and consultants.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets effectively.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and operations team for smooth project execution.
• Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM data, and daily activity logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in fire safety, industrial products, or technical solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of local markets and customer networks in Jaipur/Rajasthan.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, alarms, or safety equipment sales.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
