Job Description

A sales executive drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They are responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals to close sales successfully. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities:Sales executives actively seek out potential customers through various channels like networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships:They cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving sales targets:Meeting or exceeding sales quotas is a primary focus, requiring strategic planning and execution.
  • Presenting products and services:Sales executives effectively demonstrate and explain product or service offerings to potential clients, tailoring presentations to their specific needs.
  • Negotiating contracts:They negotiate sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and aligning with company goals.
  • Providing customer support:Sales executives handle client inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staying informed about market trends:They monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborating with internal teams:Sales executives work closely with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Attending industry events:They represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Reporting and analysis:Sales executives track their sales activities, analyze performance data, and generate reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills:Effective communication is essential for building rapport with clients, presenting products, and negotiating deals.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills:Sales executives need to persuade clients and negotiate favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Sales process and CRM knowledge:Understanding the sales process and experience with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) are crucial for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
  • Product knowledge:A solid understanding of the products or services being sold is essential for effectively presenting them to potential clients.
  • Time management and organizational skills:Sales executives manage multiple client relationships and sales activities, requiring strong time management and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
