Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Field Sales Executive at Shrinkcom Software Pvt. Ltd. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, demonstrating the company's products and services, and closing sales. They will also participate in client meetings, maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven 1 year experience in Fielde sales, communication, and client relationship management. Freshers are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trust with clients
• Proficiency in sales techniques such as lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
• Ability to work independently while achieving organizational sales goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and prospects
• Flexible and adaptable with excellent time management skills
• Must have a
