Job Description

You will be joining B R Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, to manage sales activities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Your role will include frequent regional travel for approximately 10-12 days per month to drive growth, maintain client relationships, and promote our engineering solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities in your assigned region. - Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies. - Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs. - Conduct regional market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. - Deliver product presentations focusing on technical features and benefits. - Collaborate with internal departments (Design, Production, R&D) to provide client solutions. - Represent the company at regional trade fairs and customer meetings. - Regularly track, report, and analyze sales activities. - Manage personal travel schedules efficiently and ensure timely customer follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2-3 years of sales/marketing experience in the engineering sectors. - Previous experience in Plastics, Rubber, or Food machinery industries is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proficient communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English (spoken and written). - Strong field sales experience with good territory knowledge. - Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is a plus. - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas. Note: The company offers a competitive salary package based on your experience and skills.
