Sales and Marketing

As a Sales and Marketing professional with 8 to 10 years of experience, located in Western India (Vadodara), your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and marketing activities for an organization specializing in Engineering, Process Equipment, and Skid Packages. Your role involves conducting market research to develop target customer databases, representing the company at industry events, and preparing techno-commercial proposals for skid-mounted process units. You will play a crucial role in negotiating deals with customers and vendors and working towards achieving monthly and annual revenue targets. In addition to sales and marketing activities, you will be responsible for technical tasks such as preparing and reviewing P&ID, PFD, Data Sheets, Cause & Effect Matrix, Process Interlocks, Test Reports, Process Calculations, and understanding mechanical drawings. Coordination with internal teams including projects, design, service, and sales, as well as liaising with vendors for procurement, will be essential aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to support Sales Engineers, Service Staff, and Regional Agents, participate in meetings with clients and suppliers, and demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively. Strong technical acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships are crucial for success in this role.
