Sales and Marketing Officer

Full job description

We are looking for a Marketing Officer to join our team. This role involves day-to-day tasks related to developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships etc.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
• Follow up on leads, inquiries to convert prospects into customers and close deals
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Good communication skill
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales (construction & Interior design )
• Preferring candidates from Ernakulam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
