The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities, ensuring our brand resonates with target audiences and achieves commercial objectives. Role & Key responsibilities Brand Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics. Marketing Campaign Management: Design, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to boost brand awareness and sales. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies, sales tools, and training materials that support sales objectives. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behaviour, identify trends, and assess competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Skills and Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry with business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred. Minimum of 6-9 years in handling Personal Care, Cosmetics and Cosmeceuticals of finished products. Hands-on experience in Brand Management /Strategy building / Consumer Marketing campaigns and Optimization of promotion ads. Proven track record of success in sales in cosmetics & skincare business. Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good command of spoken and written English. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products . Works collaboratively with others and fosters teamwork.
