We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a strong background in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will lead sales and marketing efforts to grow our client base, promote IT products and services, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities -:
Sales :
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the IT sector.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.
Marketing:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging content.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at tech events, expos, and networking platforms.
Requirements :
Proven experience in sales and marketing in the IT or technology services industry (2-3 years).
Strong understanding of software solutions, IT services, or SaaS products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple campaigns/projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field.
Experience working with startups or B2B tech companies.
Existing network of potential IT clients or partners.
