The Designers will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing bag collections. The tasks include trend research, sketching, selecting materials, and creating prototypes. Additionally, Designers will work closely with production teams to ensure high-quality standards are met. This is an on-site role located in Kolkata. Qualifications Strong skills in conceptualizing and designing bag collections Experience with trend research and sketching Proficiency in selecting materials and creating prototypes Ability to collaborate with production teams Attention to detail and high-quality standards Strong communication and teamwork skills Relevant experience in the fashion industry is a plus Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field
