Job Description

Role Overview: UnicHost, an established IT company providing managed servers, website hosting, and e-commerce solutions, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in Nashik, India. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks including concept selling for web-based services, lead generation, marketing campaign execution, and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize good communication skills to communicate effectively. - Accept challenges with determination and drive. - Engage in concept selling for web-based services. - Convert self-generated leads into sales. - Meet lead generation targets. - Design, develop, execute, and monitor marketing/sales promotion campaigns. - Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing clients. - Develop assignment proposals and obtain client approval. - Create marketing collaterals such as web content, brochures, and newsletters. - Manage a team of sales coordinators and billing staff. - Achieve sales and collection targets. Qualifications Required: - Graduation is a must; a go-getter with initiative, drive, and enthusiasm. - Minimum 6 months of sales experience in any IT/ITeS company in Marketing/Product Management. - Proficiency in e-marketing/Direct Marketing and being net-savvy.
