We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our real estate sales initiatives in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong client relationships to promote our residential projects. Conduct property presentations and in-person meetings with prospective buyers. Build relationships and guide clients through the sales process. Convert leads into site visits and site visits into bookings. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Report sales performance and forecasting to upper management. Ensure show plots and project sites are maintained and customer-ready. Ensure timely documentation and follow-up for booked units. Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Organize and manage promotional campaigns, property expos, and roadshows. Manage on-ground brand visibility through hoardings, flyers, banners, etc. Analyze lead quality and work with the sales team to improve conversion rates. Collect and analyze feedback from prospects and clients post-visit. Use CRM tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and improve customer engagement.
