We are looking for motivated and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our real estate sales team. Your primary role will be to contact potential clients by phone, introduce them to our property listings, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for property viewings. This position requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to engage prospects over the phone. Minimum 0–2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience; real estate background preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Follow up on warm leads and previous contacts to re-engage and build relationships Schedule and coordinate property visits and appointments for the field sales team. Stay updated with current real estate inventory, market trends, and promotions. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
