Sales and Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales and marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Marketing Management:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote products/services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Manage social media, branding, and promotional activities to enhance visibility.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and content.
• Analyze marketing performance and ROI to optimize campaigns.

Coordination & Leadership:

• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing management roles.
• Experience in Signage Industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
