Role Responsibilities

• Connect with travel agents, partners & direct clients (B2B & B2C)
• Handle calls, WhatsApp queries & follow-ups
• Promote Vacanza Go’s travel packages and services
• Maintain daily leads, reports & sales trackers

• Work from home

  when not traveling

• If you love travel

  join guest groups as a coordinator

  for tours (with food, stay & travel covered!)

Stipend, Growth & Incentives

• First 3 Months (Training):

  ₹5,000/month

• Next 3 Months:

  ₹8,000–₹10,000/month (performance-based)

• Target-Based Incentives:

  The more sales you generate, the more you earn. High performers can boost their income significantly.
• After 6 months:

  Eligible for a full-time sales role

  with higher pay + incentives

You are Great Fit if you:

• Are fluent in

  Hindi & English.

• Are confident, communicative, and self-driven
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them plan trips

• Love to travel

  and are open to joining trips as a trip coordinator
• Prefer working from home, but also open to travel when needed
• Students/freshers from

  Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Marketing / Business
