Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Intern at SSB KINGDOM Waterpark & Resort, you will have a full-time hybrid role based in Cuttack, with the option for some work from home. Your main focus will be to assist the sales team by participating in various sales and marketing activities. This includes market research, customer service support, sales training, management, creating marketing materials, lead generation, follow-up calls or visits, and engaging with customers to improve their experience at SSB KINGDOM. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities - Provide customer service support to enhance customer satisfaction - Assist in sales training and management activities - Create marketing materials to promote SSB KINGDOM - Participate in lead generation efforts - Follow-up with leads through calls or visits - Engage with customers to improve their overall experience Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Interest in sales, marketing, and hospitality industry dynamics - Proactive, creative, and eager-to-learn mindset - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Flexibility to work onsite in Cuttack and remotely Additional Company Details: By joining our team at SSB KINGDOM Waterpark & Resort, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and receive certifications.
