🔌 Job Title: Marketing Intern – Field Sales 📍 Location: Ahmedabad 🕒 Duration: 2–6 Months 💼 Reporting to: Area Sales Manager / Marketing Head 🎯 Job Objective: To support the sales and marketing team by conducting on-ground market visits, generating leads, collecting competitor data, and building brand awareness in the assigned territory for electrical products like switches, MCBs, DBs, wiring accessories, and automation products. 🧭 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Field Marketing & Sales Support Visit electrical retailers, contractors, builders, and project sites to promote company products Distribute brochures, catalogs, and demo kits to dealers and end users Conduct product demonstrations to electricians and contractors 🔹 Lead Generation & Relationship Building Identify and record potential clients (dealers, builders, architects, consultants) Maintain daily visit reports and customer feedback in Excel/CRM Assist in onboarding new dealers or influencers in assigned areas 🔹 Market Research & Intelligence Collect competitor pricing, product display, and promotional activity data Track active construction sites and electrical installation vendors Submit weekly summaries of local market activity 🔹 Promotional Activities 🧠 Skills & Requirements: Pursuing/completed BBA, MBA (Marketing), Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical preferred) Strong communication skills (Hindi/English + local language) Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region Knowledge of electrical industry or fieldwork is a bonus Must own a smartphone and preferably a 2-wheeler (travel allowance provided) 🏆 What You’ll Gain: Real-world B2B marketing & field sales experience Exposure to dealer/channel management in electrical industry Certificate of internship + performance-based stipend or incentives Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance
