Role Description

This full-time remote role is for a Sales and Marketing Intern at PPStack. The intern will support the marketing and sales teams by assisting with customer engagement, developing sales strategies, and conducting market research. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, promoting PPStack's offerings, participating in training, and supporting sales management processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world sales and marketing operations in the EdTech industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients
• Basic understanding of Sales operations and eagerness to learn Sales Management processes
• Willingness to participate in Training sessions to develop relevant skills and product knowledge
• Passion for EdTech and interest in digital innovation and education technology
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
