Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will work on enhancing communication with potential and existing clients, managing customer service interactions, and supporting the sales process. The role also involves assisting with sales management tasks and contributing to training sessions that support business goals. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on sales and marketing experience in a dynamic, innovative environment. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Sales and Sales Management capabilities to contribute to lead generation, retention, and conversion efforts Experience or ability to assist in Training programs that enhance team knowledge and performance Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Lucknow based will be a plus.
