Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role is based in Pune. The intern will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer interactions, supporting the sales team with lead generation, and assisting with training sessions. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to execute campaigns, maintaining customer satisfaction, and working closely with sales managers to meet goals. The intern will gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions to drive impactful results for the company. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Basic knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation and achieve sales objectives. Ability to assist in Training tasks for onboarding and upskilling internal teams. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced and creative work environment. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is an advantage. Proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office or CRM platforms is a plus.
