Role Description

• Reach out to educators through calls, emails, and social platforms to build strong engagement and relationships.
• Keep educators actively involved with the platform through consistent communication and follow-ups.
• Understand educators’ needs and concerns and route feedback to the relevant teams.
• Assist in onboarding new educators and ensure a smooth transition into our ecosystem.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Support the business development team in campaign planning and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to optimize educator experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in the education technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
