Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support the execution of strategic commercial initiatives across our regional operations. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential market opportunities, assisting in local marketing campaigns, and supporting client-facing events. You will be involved in conducting market research, helping prepare presentations and sales material, and observing how client relationship management is executed within a luxury retail setting.

You will also assist in the organization of activations and in-store experiences that align with the brand’s visual and service standards. Through this internship, you will gain valuable exposure to how premium customer experiences are designed and delivered, and how global brands communicate at the local level with consistency and purpose.

This position requires mobility for in-city travel. Candidates with a two-wheeler will be preferred due to the field-based nature of certain assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential. A professional appearance, attention to detail, and a refined personal presentation are required. We value individuals who are self-driven, observant, and respectful of brand identity and confidentiality. Fluency in English and at least one local language is required. Knowledge of French or Italian is considered a plus but not mandatory. Preference will be given to applicants who are available immediately and can work on the field as needed.
