Sales and Marketing Intern

Role Overview: You will be joining a growing solar installation company based in Madhya Pradesh as a Sales and Marketing Intern. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential residential and commercial customers through various channels such as cold calling, email, and social media - Promote and sell solar installation services to clients in specific cities/regions - Build relationships with prospects and clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solar solutions - Assist in marketing campaigns including social media content, online promotions, and email marketing - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads - Track and manage sales opportunities, providing regular updates on leads and sales progress - Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and conversion techniques Qualifications Required: - Strong interest in renewable energy and the solar industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus (but not required) - Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as social media and email marketing - Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently - Fluency in Hindi and/or English Incentive Structure: You will be compensated with a commission for every successful sale or order you close, making this internship performance-based.
