Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining a growing solar installation company based in Madhya Pradesh as a Sales and Marketing Intern. The company specializes in providing eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions to residential and commercial clients, helping them save on energy costs and reduce their carbon footprint. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by expanding its reach and generating sales for solar solutions. Your earnings will be performance-based, with incentives tied to the successful closure of sales orders. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential residential and commercial customers through various channels such as cold calling, email, and social media - Promote and sell solar installation services to clients in specific cities/regions - Build relationships with prospects and clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solar solutions - Assist in marketing campaigns including social media content, online promotions, and email marketing - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads - Track and manage sales opportunities, providing regular updates on leads and sales progress - Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and conversion techniques Qualifications Required: - Strong interest in renewable energy and the solar industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus (but not required) - Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as social media and email marketing - Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently - Fluency in Hindi and/or English Incentive Structure: You will be compensated with a commission for every successful sale or order you close, making this internship performance-based. The more sales you generate, the more you earn. Detailed information on the incentive structure will be provided during the onboarding process. Additional Company Details: The internship offers real-world experience in sales and marketing within the growing solar energy industry. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain exposure to all aspects of sales and marketing, and work flexible hours with the possibility of remote work. There is also an opportunity to convert the internship into a full-time role based on performance, with the potential to earn between 10000-25000 per month.
