If it needs to run on time, you're the one running it. Handle office tasks: emails, phone calls, documents, vendors, and everything in between Make sure the office feels sharp, professional, and on-brand at all times Step in wherever things need to get done — no task too small You’ll learn the ins and outs of the business just by being around it What We’re Looking For Fresh graduate (hospitality or aviation background is a big plus) Strong communicator — you need to be clear, fast, and polite Super organized — calendars, follow-ups, notes?
