Role Overview

Sales and Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Generate leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, etc.)
  • Assist in developing and executing sales & marketing strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer support and service
  • Coordinate with the internal tech team for client requirements
  • Report on sales activities, performance, and metrics
  • Contribute to social media and email campaigns
  • Train and support new sales team members (if applicable)

Qualifications

  • Excellent

  • Interest or experience in

    Sales, Marketing

    , or

    Business Development

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong

    analytical and problem-solving

    skills
  • Team player with a learning mindset
  • Experience in the

    IT industry

    or understanding of tech services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in

    Marketing, Business, or related field

Compensation

  • Stipend

    : ₹2,000/month (fixed)
  • Incentives

    : Based on the

    projects you bring in

  • Incentive will be calculated as a percentage of the

    total billing

    from the project you acquire for the company.
  • Higher the project value,

    higher your earnings

    .
Example: If you bring a project worth ₹1,00,000 billing, you earn a defined incentive percentage as a bonus on top of your stipend.
