Role Overview We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team full-time in our Indore office . This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology-driven environment. You will gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, client communication, and marketing execution. You'll play an important role in generating leads , nurturing client relationships , and contributing directly to company growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients Generate leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, etc.) Assist in developing and executing sales & marketing strategies Provide exceptional customer support and service Coordinate with the internal tech team for client requirements Report on sales activities, performance, and metrics Contribute to social media and email campaigns Train and support new sales team members (if applicable) Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Interest or experience in Sales, Marketing , or Business Development Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team player with a learning mindset Experience in the IT industry or understanding of tech services is a plus Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Marketing, Business, or related field Compensation Stipend : ₹2,000/month (fixed) Incentives : Based on the projects you bring in Incentive will be calculated as a percentage of the total billing from the project you acquire for the company. Higher the project value, higher your earnings . Example: If you bring a project worth ₹1,00,000 billing, you earn a defined incentive percentage as a bonus on top of your stipend. Why Join KalpYaan?
