Role Description

This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Coimbatore. The intern will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, assisting in sales activities, participating in training sessions, and supporting sales management on-site at Eduopia.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing sales strategies to increase outreach to schools and Pre schools
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target demographics, and competitive analysis.
• Engage with potential clients through outreach activities including calls, emails, and social media.
• Support the creation of sales presentations, promotional materials, and marketing content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and sales funnels.
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience and training abilities
• Knowledge of sales management practices
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills
