Role Overview As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you’ll support lead generation, client communication, and campaign execution. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the full cycle — from attracting leads to closing deals — and get practical startup experience. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with content creation and posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTubeSupport WhatsApp and email marketing campaignsEngage with leads via WhatsApp, calls, chat, email and in-person meetings when requiredParticipate in local awareness activities (events, workshops, offline promotions)Maintain CRM or lead sheets and track follow-upsCollaborate with the design and content team for campaign assetsSupport webinar marketing, sales funnels, and customer onboarding Who You AreA recent graduate or final-year student (any field)Good in English, Marathi and Hindi.Confident in communication and open to learning new tools and scriptsFamiliar with social media platforms, Canva, and Google SheetsWilling to work from the Satara office for the internship durationOpen to continuing after internship in full-time or part-time capacity What You’ll GetReal-world exposure to both sales and marketing rolesTravel allowance + performance-based incentives during internshipGuaranteed job opportunity post-internship:Full-time: ₹5000 - 10,000/month fixed + incentivesPart-time: Flexible schedule + incentivesCertification, LOR, and mentorshipOpportunity to grow with a startup from the ground level
