Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Jaipur. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. As a Business Development & Sales Intern, you will be at the frontline of our growth engine. You'll work directly with the founding team to identify leads, pitch the HobbyFi platform to vendors, and convert them into paying users.
2. You will shape our go-to-market strategy and onboarding funnel, Identify and research potential hobby businesses (instructors, academies, clubs) via LinkedIn, Justdial, Google, etc.
3. Perform outreach via cold calling, email, and WhatsApp to generate leads. Schedule product demos and assist in pitching HobbyFi's value proposition. Track and manage leads through CRM tools
4. Work with product and onboarding teams to ensure vendor success post-signup. Gather feedback from vendors to improve product-market fit

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Enthusiasm for sports, fitness, and performing arts is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 50,000 - 80,000 /month
