Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented MBA graduates to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Hawaii Doors and Windows, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Satisfaction (15%)

  • Ensure 5-star customer feedback through excellent in-store experience.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for timely product placement and replacement.
  • Provide prompt after-sales support and resolve customer queries effectively.

2. Sales Target Achievement (25%)

  • Achieve 90% of assigned showroom sales targets.
  • Meet category-wise product sales targets (minimum 90% achievement).
  • Support the sales team in conducting effective site visits for potential clients.

3. Marketing Activities (30%)

  • Generate at least 40 qualified leads per month through in-store, online, or field activities.
  • Actively participate in at least one marketing program or event per month (e.g., exhibitions, local activations, tie-ups).
  • Support brand awareness and visibility initiatives in the local market.

4. Reporting & Review (10%)

  • Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports on time.
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy in reports related to sales, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Attend weekly showroom review meetings every Monday without fail.

5. Operational Support (20%)

  • Achieve and maintain average customer satisfaction score of 4.7/5.
  • Ensure 95%+ customer complaints are resolved within 24 hours.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in cash transactions and bank deposits.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel locally for site visits and marketing events
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Marketing/Sales) – Recent graduate (2024/2025 pass-out)
  • Any internship experience in retail, FMCG, building materials, or consumer goods is a plus
