Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing home construction business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our construction services, maintaining client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:Sales:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential construction sector. Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and developers. Provide clients with information on construction plans, pricing, timelines, and customization options. Conduct site visits and client meetings. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s construction services. Manage social media, digital marketing campaigns, and traditional advertising efforts. Coordinate promotional events, open houses, and trade shows. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Collaborate with graphic designers, agencies, or freelancers for marketing materials. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing; construction or real estate experience preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of residential construction processes is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
