Sales and Marketing Executive (Real-Estate)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and results-focused Sales and Marketing Executive to grow our business, build strong client relationships, and help close high-value deals. The ideal candidate has a background in real estate sales and liaisoning, and knows how to navigate both clients and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads in the real estate sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Coordinate with legal and government bodies for approvals, NOCs, and other compliance needs.
• Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns, site promotions, and lead generation initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
• Handle site visits, client presentations, and post-sales service.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and forecasting as required.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Hands-on experience in liaisoning with local authorities, municipal offices, or government departments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
