Our aim is to help brands connect with their audience through high-impact offline strategies.  Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves pitching our BTL marketing services to potential clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities: • Client Pitching: Approach potential clients to present and promote our BTL marketing services. • Product Communication: Effectively explain campaign models such as mall activations, roadshows, and society promotions to decision-makers. • Lead Generation: Generate new business leads through cold calls, networking, references, and field visits. • Sales Closure: Convert leads into confirmed projects and meet defined sales targets. • Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients for repeat business and smooth coordination. • Internal Coordination: Work with operations, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution. • Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management. • Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and client needs to refine the sales strategy Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum One Year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in BTL marketing, events, or advertising.
