Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting detailed market research, managing sales processes, and fostering positive client relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in Market Planning and Market Research
Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in English a must, also must be fluent in Hindi and basic proficiency in Marathi is a plus
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years Work experience in the chemical or distribution industry is a plus and will be preferably considered
Travel based job and expect some travel across Maharashtra and nearby states
