Job Description - Sales & Marketing Executive
Company: Damodar Papers Location: Noida, Sector 67 Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM About the Company: Damodar Papers is a reputed name in the paper trading industry. We specialize in high-quality paper products and cater to a wide range of sectors including packaging, printing, publishing, stationary, and more. Our goal is to build strong B2B relationships and deliver value-driven solutions across industries. Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in any of the following industries will be given top priority: - Paper Industry (strongly preferred) - Packaging & Printing - Pulp & Stationery - Corrugation - Publishing - Manufacturing - B2B Product Trading Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients in the paper and related industries. - Conduct field visits to meet clients, generate leads, and close sales. - Identify new business opportunities and markets.

- Promote and market paper products to new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos. - Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. - Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market analysis. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Competencies: - Knowledge of Paper Trading - Field Sales Experience - Sales & Marketing Planning - Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills - CRM Tools & Microsoft Office Proficiency - Strong Customer Relationship Management - Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the paper or related manufacturing/trading industries. Additional Requirements: - Must be willing and available for field work. - Candidates residing in or near Noida, Sector 67 preferred. - Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
