Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Relations
• Identify and engage potential clients through online and offline channels
• Follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Represent the company during client visits, events, and presentations
  

Marketing & Branding:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s projects and services
• Manage and grow the firm’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually engaging posts, captions, and campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
  

Strategy & Coordination:

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities
• Work closely with the management team to align sales and branding goals
• Suggest creative ideas for promotions, collaborations, and community outreach
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and sales progress
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relations (preferably in architecture, design, or creative industries)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content planning
• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online marketing platforms
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in digital marketing (Meta Ads, SEO, or Google Ads)
• Familiarity with architectural or design terminology prefered
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
