Role: Marketing Manager (5–10 Years Experience) We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can lead strategies, build brand value, and execute impactful campaigns across platforms. Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital + offline). Strengthen brand positioning and drive lead-generation initiatives. Analyse performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI. Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership teams to align goals. Mentor and manage a small marketing team. Requirements: 5–10 years of proven marketing experience (real estate/consumer brands preferred). Strong expertise in digital platforms, analytics & performance marketing. Excellent communication, strategic thinking & leadership skills. Ability to blend creativity with business acumen.
