Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives and drive business growth for our real estate firm based in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate marketing, a passion for strategy and branding, and the ability to manage offline and digital campaigns effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote residential apartment projects, DTCP plots, and farmland sales. Lead and supervise the marketing team, including field marketers and tele-callers. Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (offline and online) to generate quality leads. Monitor lead flow and marketing performance metrics and report regularly to senior management. Identify new market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with sales goals and ensure conversion support.
