Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in Chhattisgarh. You should have a strong existing network of dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors in cities such as Mahasamund, Durg, Dhamtari, Gariaband, Rajnandgaon, Balod, Bilaspur, Korba, Mungeli, Raigarh, Janjgir, Champa, Kanker, Jagdalpur, and Narayanpur. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell cement products in the assigned city and nearby regions to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors to expand our distribution network. - Leverage your professional network to generate business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders. - Collaborate with builders, architects, engineers, and contractors for potential tie-ups to strengthen market presence. - Maintain long-term relationships with dealers and channel partners, ensure stock availability, and resolve operational issues effectively. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, provide market insights, and customer feedback to the management. Qualifications: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). - Experience: Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in cement sales and distribution.
