Role Description

Turntable Entertainment is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Associate for a hybrid role based in Majuli Circle with flexibility for occasional remote work. The associate will support the sales and marketing team by engaging with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, promoting events and services, increasing audience engagement, and contributing to sales efforts. Candidates will collaborate with the event curation team to enhance audience outreach and revenue opportunities, while maintaining Turntable Entertainment’s commitment to quality service and cultural excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies, including relationship-building and growing revenue opportunities.
• Experience in conducting Training or facilitating learning sessions related to sales and marketing processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
