Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales and Marketing Associate. The associate will be responsible for generating sales and devising marketing strategies to connect with prospective clients. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and developing proposals to meet target objectives. Additionally, the associate will support client interactions and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders to promote business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing expertise with a record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Ability to deliver Training and collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work positively within a team environment
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
