Our in-house legal team and expert associates provide dedicated legal support, while our financial assistance is facilitated through partnerships with major banks like State Bank of India, LIC, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Kolkata. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for managing property listings, advising clients on market conditions, conducting property tours, assisting with negotiations, and providing post-sale support. The role involves frequent client interactions, coordinating with legal and financial teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.

Qualifications

Experience in Real Estate and understanding of market dynamics
Sales and Real Property negotiation skills
Ability to provide Training to clients and team members
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and on-site in Kolkata
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience in working with legal and financial teams is a plus
