Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate located in Kolkata. The Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing customer service, handling sales inquiries, and developing marketing strategies. Additional tasks include conducting property tours, offering financial and legal advice, and attending client meetings to close sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Training sessions for sales teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
